Thank you to everyone who attended the kick-off meeting (If you missed the meeting: click here)! We are excited to be starting the organization up again with new ideas. Please understand that with changes comes opportunity, even though some of these changes may not be easy. We ask for your patience as we reorganize, and your understanding that we are making decisions in order to create a competitive club environment.
Due to the continued concern about practice conflicts, we would like to have the athletes bring a completed Conflict Form to tryouts. If you do not have activities on Monday and Thursday evenings, we would still like to have a copy of the signed form. This will help us make a sound decision on practice times and team members.

Q: Will there be a team in each age group?
A: It depends on tryout numbers and abilities
Q: How many girls are on a team?
A: It depends on tryout numbers, age division, position needs, and abilities. We average 8-10 players on a team.
Q: Can I be late to practice? Can I leave practice early? I can only make it to practice once a week…is that ok?
A. No. We understand that athletes are usually involved in more than one activity and will do our best to accommodate. However, we ask that you please be mindful of the proposed practice times and days (Mondays and Thursdays), as we can only be so flexible and expect all athletes to attend every practice on time and for its entirety. Please fill out the Conflict Form and bring it to tryouts so we can be sure to make a sound decision on practice times for the club.
If you still have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!
